The proper value of carbonate ions is necessary for healthy coral growth and for building skeletons. Due to the presence of carbonate ions, maintaining stable pH level is possible. Carbonate hardness in a reef aquarium should be about 6.5 -8.5 dKH.

DOSAGE
10 ml of KH+ raises carbonate hardness by 0,5 dKH in 100 litres (27 US gal) of water.
Please remember, that maximum safe daily dose is 10 ml per 100 litres of water . If you need a higher dose, split it into a few days.
Recommended level: 6,5 – 8,5 dKH
Do not raise dKH more than 0.5 dKH per 24 hours. We recommend dosage based on the individual tank’s needs. Please ensure your magnesium level is within the recommended range before attempting to raise or adjust your calcium and alkalinity levels.
Due to the high concentration of the product, we recommend regular maintenance of the dosing lines .
